Classic shape
       
This type of flagpole wins people over with its classic, cone tapered shape. It is made of the modern material polyester. This flagpole consisting of polyester resin, which is reinforced with glassfibre, is absolutely weatherproof. Conical glassfibre poles are robust light-weights and made to last for years.

Technical data

Glassfibre poles are shaped by casting. The terminal surface of the pole, the gel coat (colour RAL 9010), is put into the mould during the first work step. The first layer consists of a glassfibre mat, which serves to hide the fibre glass reinforcement, which is attached later, so that it cannot be seen on the surface. This guarantees a long-lasting high luster finish.

At first the fibre glass reinforcement in the mould is impregnated with polyester resin, then the mould is shut. The conical shape of the pole forms due to hot, compressed air that is „forced“ into the mould. After the pole has hardened, the mould is opened and the pole is hand-finished.

Halyard system

• Glassfibre flagpole with external halyard system. Plastic cleat, polyester rope „Tiptolest“, diameter 5 mm, maximum load 400 kg
• Glassfibre flagpole with internal halyard system. Plastic anti-theft device, assembly box with a lid and a quick-lock buckle made of stainless steel, simultaneous locking locks. The halyard rope is fixed below the cleat. Counterweight with 2 polyuretahne rings on the outside.
• Glassfibre flagpole with internal halyard system with crank mechanism. Stainless-steel anti-theft crank mechanism with plastic halyard rope „Dynema“, diameter of rope 3 mm. maximum load 320 kg. Counterweight with 2 polyuretahne rings on the outside.
Mounting:

• Steel-pipe reinforced tilting mount, laminated into the pole profile. Not mobile, not pivoted. Hot-dip galvanised surface. Available with mounting for embedding in concrete or with chemical anchorage for roof mounting. Triangular base with 3 M20-bars. Quality of steel 8.8, hot-dip galvanised. Vertically adjustable. Concrete foundation 0.4 m x 0.4 m x 0.8 m (LxBxT) necessary. Hole distance 0.167 m. Symmetrically triangular.
• Bushing: steel, wall thickness 3 mm, hot-dip galvanised, length 120 mm, for embedding in concrete, height above ground 50 cm, assembly instructions available.
• Ground sleeve: plastic polyethylene, wall thickness 6 mm, for embedding in concrete, length 100 cm, assembly instructions available
• Wall mounting: stainless-steel set, Omega-type, wall thickness 3 mm, naturally-anodised and ground surface or powder-coated in RAL9010. Thickness of coating 80 Micron.

Rotomast: Aluminium flagpole with bracket that can be hoisted, for flags in portrait format

High-quality aluminium, warmly cured Al Mg Si 0,7 F27, cylindrical. Wall thickness 3 mm.
Ground surface, with powder-coating 80 micron, anodised white RAL 9010 or natural-coloured, thickness of coating according to DIN 17611
Available with tilting anchor, bushing, ground sleeve or wall mounting.

The flag is lowered with the telescoping arm and exchanged; a counterweight (internal) automatically pulls the ball-bearing bracket to the top again.
